General Conditions

• Check in time is 02.00 pm and check out 12.00 noon.
• For late check-out, the supplement is as follows: 12:00 PM – 15:00 PM US$20.00 per room, 15:00 PM –
  18:00 PM US$30.00 per room.
• After 18:00 PM, a full day’s room rate will apply late check-out is subject to availability.
• Room service is not included in meal plans.
• Mini Bar is not included in meal Plans.
• Missed meals may not be substituted for any other meal (s), unused items on meal plan are non negotiable and non refundable.
• Buffet meals in the outlet designed by the Hotel.
• The prices are subject to change due to changes in tax rates.
• Superior Sea View Supplement L.E 150.00 per person, per night.

• Refund for early check out will not be accepted.
• Cancellation before 15 days or no show will be charged full stay.

Children policy

• First Child from 0 – 11.99 years free sharing parents’ room on same parents’ meal plan.
• Second Child from 06– 11.99 years will be offered 50% discount on 1/2 twin adult’s rate on same parents’ meal plan.
• Children more than 11.99 years old will be charged as adults.
